Determine Needs - As your Realtor, I will be available to meet with you, at a location of your choice. I will help you determine and assess your needs. I will help you determine location, type of property, size, number of bedrooms, washrooms, etc.
Pre-Qualification - As your Realtor, I am able to refer you to a minimum of three mortgage brokers in order to obtain pre-approval on your mortgage. Pre-approved mortgages will help us determine the price range for the property search.
Home Search - I will search the MLS for properties meeting your critera and will arrange appointments to view these homes.
Present Offers - I will work for you and present all offers either in person or by fax.
Negotiating- I will negotiate any counter offers and advise you on a course of action to work with counter offer.
Home Inspection - I will refer you to a minimum of 3 home inspectors. After choosing your home inspector, I will be with you during the inspection of the property.
Closing process - I will help you sucessfully lift all conditions on the offer.
